At Pink Pulse, your health and hygiene are our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual care products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered to maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Exceptions:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trendio.in with:
✔ Order details
✔ Clear images/videos of the issue

We will review your concern individually and respond within a reasonable time. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be processed.

Note: Always report issues via email for proper documentation and faster resolution.
